# 16. MiCA Crypto-Asset Description and Regulatory Positioning

Based on the issuer’s current assessment, the TWLGF token is intended to be treated under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets as a crypto-asset other than an e-money token or an asset-referenced token.

TWLGF is a high-risk speculative crypto-asset. It does not grant profit rights, voting rights, governance authority, ownership rights, redemption rights, claim rights, asset rights, dividend rights, service access rights or legal ownership in any company, project, asset or revenue stream.

The TWLGF token is not intended to function as an e-money token, asset-referenced token, financial instrument, security, deposit, investment fund unit, derivative, share, debt instrument or claim against the issuer.

### Status of the 2026 Update

This whitepaper version updates the project description, tokenomics terminology, historical reference price clarification, market price formation model, risk disclosures, communication principles and potential conditional liquidity framework.

The TWLGF token remains the same BEP-20 crypto-asset with the same total supply and smart contract address. This update does not describe a new token issuance, token replacement, presale, fixed-price public sale, redemption programme, buyback programme, guaranteed price mechanism or relaunch of the token.

The issuer may update or supplement its crypto-asset notification or related regulatory documentation, where required by applicable law, after the whitepaper update has been finalized. Any such notification, submission or communication with a competent authority would not constitute approval, endorsement, validation or confirmation of the issuer, the project, the token, the market model or the value of TWLGF.

This whitepaper has not been approved, endorsed or validated by any competent authority.

### Trading Availability and Market Access

TWLGF may be technically transferable between compatible blockchain wallets and may be available, or may become available, through independent third-party centralized trading platforms, decentralized exchange protocols or other market mechanisms, subject to applicable law, platform rules and regulatory conditions.

The issuer does not guarantee that TWLGF will be listed, traded, supported or made available on any centralized or decentralized trading venue. The issuer does not guarantee liquidity, trading volume, market depth, price stability, exchange access or the ability of holders to buy or sell TWLGF at any specific price.

Any centralized trading availability, if it exists, depends on independent third-party platforms and their own listing schedules, KYC/AML procedures, access criteria, jurisdictional restrictions, compliance requirements, operational rules, fees and technical systems.

The issuer does not operate a crypto-asset trading platform, exchange service, custody service, order execution service for clients, transfer service on behalf of clients, portfolio management service or crypto-asset advice service.

### Conditional Decentralized Liquidity Framework

As part of the 2026 update, the issuer may evaluate the possibility of limited on-chain liquidity through decentralized exchange protocols and automated market maker liquidity pools.

Any such decentralized liquidity activity would be conditional and subject to applicable European Union law, Finnish national legislation, regulatory requirements, supervisory guidance, legal review, technical feasibility, operational readiness, AML/sanctions risk assessment and internal compliance approval.

The issuer has not committed to launching, maintaining or expanding any decentralized exchange liquidity pool. The issuer may decide not to proceed with decentralized liquidity, to delay its implementation, to modify the intended structure, to use an independent third-party service provider, to prioritize centralized exchange access or to discontinue any planned or existing liquidity activity if required by law, regulation, supervisory communication, compliance assessment, security considerations or operational risk.

Any potential decentralized exchange liquidity activity would not constitute a fixed-price public sale, presale, guaranteed allocation, redemption programme, investment product, price-support mechanism or guarantee of future trading availability.

Prices in automated market maker environments are market-derived and may change rapidly due to liquidity depth, trading activity, slippage, transaction fees, market demand, market supply and broader crypto-asset market conditions.

### No Fixed-Price Public Sale

The issuer does not conduct a fixed-price public sale, presale, OTC sale, guaranteed allocation programme, redemption programme or buyback programme for TWLGF.

Any previous reference level, including the historical 0.004 USD figure, was a historical technical or listing-related reference only. It does not represent the current value, target price, guaranteed price, listing price, redemption value, floor price or future price forecast of TWLGF.

Any possible future automated market maker reference ratio, including any ratio resulting from a potential decentralized exchange liquidity pool, would be a mathematical result of the pool composition only. It would not represent a fixed sale price, target price, guaranteed price, listing price, redemption value or forecast.

### KYC, AML and Sanctions Considerations

Centralized trading platforms, if any, apply their own KYC/AML procedures, compliance standards, access criteria, regional restrictions and operational rules. The issuer does not control or guarantee the compliance processes, availability, conduct or regulatory status of any third-party trading platform.

Decentralized exchange interactions, if any, may occur through self-hosted wallets and third-party protocols. Such interactions do not involve issuer-operated user accounts, custody arrangements, fiat gateways, customer onboarding or user-level KYC verification.

The issuer may apply internal AML, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, wallet-risk and counterparty-risk review procedures to its own wallets, treasury operations, liquidity activities, service providers and counterparties. Such internal procedures do not constitute user-level KYC, regulated onboarding or approval of decentralized exchange participants.

Nothing in this whitepaper should be interpreted as suggesting that decentralized exchange activity is subject to the same KYC/AML controls as trading through a regulated centralized crypto-asset service provider.

### Geographic Scope and Legal Boundaries

Access to TWLGF, trading platforms, decentralized protocols, wallets or related services may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions.

The issuer does not target, offer, distribute or market TWLGF in any jurisdiction where such activity would require licensing, registration, notification, authorization or other regulatory approval unless the relevant requirements are satisfied.

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with laws, regulations, tax rules, sanctions restrictions and platform rules applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.

The issuer does not guarantee that TWLGF is lawful, available, suitable or accessible for any person in any jurisdiction.

### Future Development Outlook

The TWLGF project may evaluate future development opportunities as regulatory clarity, project maturity, resources, market conditions and operational readiness evolve.

Possible areas of assessment may include:

* documentation updates;
* website and communication alignment;
* community and awareness development;
* technical maintenance;
* centralized trading platform review;
* conditional decentralized liquidity assessment;
* third-party service provider review;
* geothermal and renewable-energy awareness initiatives;
* exploratory collaboration discussions.

These areas represent exploratory objectives rather than commitments. No guarantee is made regarding regulatory outcome, technological implementation, exchange access, decentralized liquidity, community growth, partnerships, asset acquisition, future utility, token value or conversion into any utility-based, asset-linked, asset-referenced or service-based model.

No future utility, asset backing, governance function, staking mechanism, revenue model, redemption mechanism, buyback, asset-referenced structure, e-money structure, security-token structure or service access is planned, promised or guaranteed.

Any possible future development would require separate legal, regulatory, technical, AML/sanctions, financial and operational assessment before implementation.

### Regulatory Modification and Suspension

The issuer may modify, delay, suspend or discontinue planned activities, public communication, market-access arrangements, decentralized liquidity activity, centralized trading platform engagement or other project operations if required by applicable law, regulation, supervisory communication, compliance assessment, technical risk, AML/sanctions risk, security considerations, financial limitations, market integrity concerns or operational risk.

The issuer does not guarantee that any planned activity will be implemented, maintained, expanded or restored after suspension.
